I am renting a room of my flat during Oktoberfest time.

It is very close to the festival, around 5-10 minutes walking distance - no need to hassle with crowded public transportation, which is a big torture during octoberfest.

You can also walk to the city center (Marienplatz) in less than 10 - 15 mins.

Room has furniture, a tv, a double bed and a portable bed. Up to 5 people can stay. 16mb/s Wireless Internet Access is inclusive, if you have a laptop or PDA with you.

Bath is shared (I also need it occasionally :) ) and it is in excellent condition - you have everything you need. Washing and drying machines are also available (self service).

There are also a lot of cafes/pubs around so you might want to give them a try as well...

ps. attached below picture of 3 lovely Canadian guests at last Oktoberfest. This was before they were leaving so room is little bit untidy :)

Friendly tip: stay away from ads that say e.g 20 mins with the train. Trains go 200kmph here, next city is only 30 mins away.

Hey folks,

from September 20th until October 5th my room will be available for rent!
It's in Bogenhausen, 5 minutes walk from the U4 Prinzregentenplatz, from there only 5 minutes (seriously!) by train to the Oktoberfest.

It's 19 square meters big, furnished with one bed, desk, chair and cupboards. I would be happy to provide an extra mattress if needed. Since I'm not in Munich at the time, unfortunately I will not be able to provide bed sheets; but mattresses and pillows will be there.

You will share the room with my two roommates, age 20 and 24, and you are welcome to use the two bathrooms and the kitchen. Generally, though, the dishes need to be washed and the bathrooms left clean. You also have access to the balcony.

The price is 50 Euro for one or 80 Euro for two persons.

I have a double bed room with bed available during the Octoberfest period. Could sleep up to 3 persons. we have to share the shower.

It is about 10 min away from the Octoberfest tents by tram. The tram station is directly in front of the apartment.

I will not provide any breakfast but there is a super market is just opposite the apartment.

The cost per room per day is EUR150 (max 2 person with one kid).
